Challenges & Lessons

Ultra trail running is about more than winning: The difficult moments shape an athlete, too. In 2019 and 2021, I had to withdraw from the UTMB and Hochkönigman respectively: important lessons in humility and perseverance.

These experiences taught me that true strength is also about handling setbacks. Every DNF was a step towards greater mental strength, a quality that matters just as much in business.

From extreme sport to business excellence

These results are more than sporting achievements: they represent mental strength, strategic thinking and perseverance under extreme conditions.
